(Sold) TVR SC3

This car was purchased by the current owner in 2013 and has been maintained by The Motor Garage Netheravon throughout the period. The car mileage is 105,600 and comes with a full service history and the original purchase instructions.  The car is in excellent condition for its age and mileage and mechanically has been carefully maintained over the past 8 years during which time it has been used extensively, mostly in summer months.  The car was first registered in November 1991 and has just had an uprated clutch slave cylinder fitted last week giving a nice light clutch pedal.

The car is coloured British racing green, original colour, and the leather upholstery is tan coloured with the TVR logo stitched into the back of the seats.  The car has the 2.9 litre fuel injected Ford engine and a five speed gear box and a straight through exhaust which produces a classic TVR exhaust note. The spare tyre is a temporary wheel, all the road wheels are standard Oz five spokes in good condition.  The cabriolet roof has been recovered in 2013 and is in perfect condition. There is a fitted radio with a fully retractable aerial.

The car has been garaged throughout the period of this current ownership, and the car has not been used for any competitive driving.  It is a delight to drive, sharp, responsive with good road holding; brings a smile to your face.

The reason for sale is the current owner is getting older and at 6ft 6″ tall finds it a bit of a struggle to get in and out of the car, knees don’t bend so well.  The car will be sorely missed.
